- Selected candidates will get pay at the level of grade 3 which is in the bracket of Rs 21,700 to Rs 69,100.

Educational qualification
- As for educational qualifications, candidates must have completed their Class 10 or Matriculation examination.
Age limit:
- Applicant should be at least 18 years old to be eligible to apply. The upper age is capped at 23 years. Age will be calculated as on August 1. Candidates belonging to the reserved category will get relaxation, as per the government norms.
SSC GD Recruitment 2021: Selection Process
- The selection process comprises of the computer-based exam, physical efficiency test/ physical standard test/ detailed medical exam/ review medical exam. Candidates who will qualify the exam will have to appear for document verification.
SSC GD Recruitment 2021: How to apply, application fees
- Candidates interested are advised to fill the online application process at the earliest on ssc.nic.in. To apply, simply click on New Registration on the website and start the application process.
- The application fee is Rs 100/-. Women candidates and candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST) and Ex-servicemen (ESM) eligible for reservation are exempted from payment of fee.

SSC GD Constable 2021 Vacancy
The total number of vacancies for SSC GD Constable 2021 exam has been released along with its notification. SSC has announced 25271 vacancies for the post of constables, in which 22424 posts are available for male candidates and for 2847 female candidates. Let’s have a look at the SSC GD Vacancies:
Educational Qualifications (As on 01.08.2021):
7.1 The candidates must have passed Matriculation or 10th Class Examination from a recognized Board/ University.

7.3 As per Ministry of Human Resource Development Notification dated 10-06-2015 published in the Gazette of India all the degrees/ diplomas/ certificates awarded through Open and Distance Learning mode of education by the Universities established by an Act of Parliament or State Legislature, Institutions Deemed to be Universities under Section 3 of the University Grants Commission Act, 1956 and Institutions of National Importance declared under an Act of Parliament stand automatically recognized for the purpose of employment to posts and services under the Central Government provided they have been approved by the Distance Education Bureau, University Grants Commission. Accordingly, unless such degrees are recognized for the relevant period when the candidates acquired the qualification, they will not be accepted for the purpose of Educational Qualification.
