Agneepath Scheme Recruitment Eligibility Criteria 2022

For Science Students:

• Candidates should have passed Intermediate/10+2/ Equivalent examination with Mathematics, Physics and English from an Education Board listed as COBSE member with minimum 50% marks in aggregate and 50% marks in English.
• Passed Three years of Diploma Course in Engineering (Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronics/ Automobile/ Computer Science/ Instrumentation Technology/ Information Technology) from a Government recognized Polytechnic institute with 50% marks in aggregate and 50% marks in English in diploma course (or in Intermediate/Matriculation, if English is not a subject in Diploma Course).

Agneepath Scheme Recruitment 2022 Selection Process

The selection of the candidates will be done on the basis of:

• Phase – I Online Test – Online test will be objective type and questions will be bilingual (English & Hindi) except for English paper. Online test for candidates opting for both Science subjects and other than Science subjects shall be conducted in one sitting, on the same system.
• Phase 2 Physical Fitness Test (PFT) – Names of the shortlisted candidates, who qualify for the online test, shall be displayed on the CASB Web Portal https://agnipathvayu.cdac.in Agneepath Scheme Recruitment 2022 and on a stipulated date shall be called at the designated ASC for Physical Fitness Test (PFT) which would consist of 1.6 Km run to be completed within 06 minutes 30 seconds. Candidates shall also have to complete 10 Push-ups, 10 Sit-ups and 20 Squats within the stipulated time to qualify for the Physical Fitness Test.
• Phase 3 Medical Test – Candidates who qualify for Adaptability Test-II shall be issued with medical appointment letters at respective ASCs for their medical examination at the designated Medical Boarding Centre (MBC) on a specified date. The medical examination shall be conducted by Air Force Medical Team as per IAF medical standards and policy in vogue on the subject issue. Medical examination would also include Baseline Investigation.

• The Provisional Select List (PSL) will be prepared after the completion of the selection test and the same will be displayed at all the ASCs and also on the web portal Agneepath Scheme Recruitment 2022 https://agnipathvayu.cdac.in on 01 December 2022.

SACRED Senior Citizen Employment Portal 2022 Jobs Exchange Registration

Senior Citizens Employment Exchange Portal Registration – 60 Years plus aged citizens can Apply Online for Govt Jobs Re-Employment under the new SACRED Portal scheme. The Central Government is making available a platform called ‘Employment Exchange’ with the intention of providing employment opportunities to senior citizens.

The platform is being set up with a policy called ‘Senior Able Citizens for Re-Employment in Dignity (SACRED)’ which is a respectable re-employment for senior citizens. It has been officially launched by the Central Government on October 1, 2021. Senior citizens above 60 years of age and interested in employment can register in the Senior Citizens Employment Exchange portal, which includes details of their education, experience, skills, interest, etc.

However, the central government says that it cannot guarantee 100% employment but provides the opportunity. There will be employment opportunities depending on the needs of the companies and their priorities.

The Centre Govt has also appealed to companies like CII, FICCI and Assocham through letters to help senior citizens who are interested in doing the job. According to central government reports, the number of senior citizens in the country is growing rapidly. Currently, there are 13.3 crores, senior citizens, in the country.

By 2026, the number will reach 16.28 crores. In the past, the central government has made helpline 14567 available for senior citizens. Regarding the legal issues resolution, emotional support, harassment complaint this number can be contacted. Permission for freelance and pro-free work models will also be provided through the portal.

How Senior Citizens will be selected for the job?

According to the data held by the government, many senior citizens are active. These Senior citizens are said to be useful to companies as stable employees who can spend time, experience and energy capabilities.

Companies will have the opportunity to meet virtually with senior citizens registering on the SACRED portal and select or recruit them. Employment Exchange Portal for Senior Citizens will also train the applicants for the new skills and tasks.

The inter-ministerial committee decided that retired armed forces personnel, RBI, state and central government employees could be hired for jobs.
