After years of speculation, the Scram 411 has finally been revealed by Royal Enfield. Designed in the same vein as the Himalayan ADV, this scrambler-style motorbike is powered by the same engine and gearbox configuration as the ADV. The 411cc engine can generate 24.3bhp and 32Nm of peak torque at its rated capacity. Royal Enfield sells the Scram 411 in seven different color choices. The Scram 411 is the newest motorcycle from Royal Enfield. Prices start at Rs 2,03,085 and go from Rs 2.03 lakh to Rs 2.08 lakh depending on the color chosen. Several different color options are available.
The Scram 411 draws inspiration from the Himalayan in terms of design. The unit is equipped with a circular headlamp, yet the unit’s appearance is somewhat different due to the cowl and the bezel. Scram’s tank is no longer attached to its headlight unit via frames, as was the case with the Himalayan. All of the jerry can holders have been removed to make room for the tiny tank shrouds.
BS6 engines have a displacement of 411cc and a displacement of 24.3 horsepower, and 32 Newton-meters of torque. The Scram 411 is equipped with disc brakes on both the front and back wheels and an anti-lock braking system. As an optional device, the firm provides a smartphone connection with the Tripper Navigation pod.
In contrast to the split seat in the Himalayan, this one has a single-piece construction that is 5mm lower in height (795mm). The 1.5kg center stand is an optional item instead of the Himalayan, including standard equipment. The windshield, tank bracing, and tail rack have all been omitted to keep costs under control. Royal Enfield Scram 411 Mileage
The Royal Enfield Scram 411 is based on a half-duplex split cradle frame attached to a 41mm telescopic fork with 190mm travel (ten millimeters less than the Himalayan) upfront and a rear linked monoshock with 180mm wheel travel at the back.
The bike’s front wheel is a smaller 19-inch spoke wheel wrapped in a meatier 100-section block pattern tire, while the rear wheel is the same 17-inch wheel wrapped in 120-section rubber as the rear wheel of the Himalayan. The motorbike weighs 185kg dry, with the optional center stand, making it 5kg less than the Himalayan overall weight.
The same single-cylinder engine powers the Royal Enfield Scram as the Royal Enfield Himalayan, 411cc. It also provides the same power and torque ratings as the previous model: 24.3PS at 6500rpm and 32Nm at 4250rpm when combined with the same 5-speed gearbox.
