This keto Manchurian recipe is just the right thing if you want something healthy and yet delicious. Try it out without any guilt trip!


Ingredients of Keto Manchurian.

1/2 Cup Cabbage

1/2 cup Carrot

1/2 cup Paneer

1/2 cup Beans

1/2 cup Onions

2 tbsp Flax seed powder

2 tbsp Isapgol

1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste

1 tbsp Soya Sauce

1 tbsp Red chilli sauce

1/2 tbsp Vinegar

1 tbsp Red chilli powder

1 tbsp Pepper

Salt as per taste


How to Make Keto Manchurian.

1.To make this dish first add all your grated veggies in a bowl with salt, chilli powder, pepper, isapgol and flax seed powder.

2.Mix these well and make small balls. Then fry these.

3.Now in a separate pan add chopped ginger and garlic with chopped onion. Now throw in some soy sauce, chilli sauce and a little bit of vinegar.

4.Once this starts to sizzle, add the Manchurian balls and combine well.

5.Serve hot and enjoy!
